iLC v1.3.6 Update is available for immediate download. This patch addresses a situation where a PC equiped with a network card but having no Internet connection will fail to start (due to incorrect detection of network state). The patch overcomes the problem by removing version and update checking.
The full installation bits are not yet available for download, so new users should install v1.3.5 from iLCsetup.exe, then immediately download and run iLCupdate.exe.
